William Hal Wyatt Sr., 70, of Center, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011 in Nacogdoches. He was born December 26, 1940 in Center to William Robert Wyatt and Blanche Cooper Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt was retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety where he served as a trooper. He was a member of DPSOA and a member of the Center Camp of Gideons International. Mr. Wyatt achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was a recipient of the God and Country Award. He was a member and deacon of the First Baptist Church in Center and a member of the Joe Ellis Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Center with Rev. Michael Hale and Rev. Charles Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Center.
