Wilbur Cordell Lout , 72, of The Woodlands, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014 in The Woodlands.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville with Bro. Andy Wilson officiating.

Mr. Lout was born October 31, 1941 in Shelby County to Charlie C. Lout and Dollie Mae Blackstock Lout. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Lout was later employed as lead hand at Armstrong Flooring, where he worked for 40+ years. He was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Center.
