Wera E. Henry, 93, of Center, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Holiday Nursing Center. She was born November 18, 1915 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Wayne B. Christian and Era E. Wells Christian. Ms. Henry was a past member of the Center Music Club and the Alpha Phi Sorority of Norman, Oklahoma. She was a member of First Christian Church of Center. Ms. Henry and her husband owned and operated Western Auto in Center for 25 years.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, May 8th at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 9th at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with Bro. Aubrey McSwain officiating.

Pallbearers will be Ms. Henry's grandsons and great grandsons.
