Wayland Bacle Whiteside, 77, of Center, passed Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. He was born September 23, 1933 in Center to J. Smith Whiteside and Lena McKennize Whiteside.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, October 25, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Pat Windham officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Stockton, Zach Mahan, Shawn Whiteside, Shane Whtieside, Michael Whiteside, Cecil Jackson, Randy Hughes and Kenny Hudson.
