Walter C. Rainbolt, Jr. 44, of Center, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. He was born March 13, 1966 in Nacogdoches to Walter Clarence Rainbolt, Sr. and Laura Bounds Rainbolt.

Walter was a 1984 graduate of Center High School. Over the years, he had been involved in many different business endeavors. He was currently managing Timpson Tire Company in Timpson. Walter was a member of Shelby County Cookers, and founded the National Wild Turkey Federation in Shelby County. He was a member of Center Christian Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, February 4, 2011 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 5, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Center with Bro. Bruce James and Bro. Chris Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be Chris Mayfield, Bruce Jones, Larry Horn, Randy Gilespie, Jonathan Wulf, Adam Ray, Steve Tinkle, Don Wheeler and Jordan Horn. Honorary pallbearers will be the Shelby County Cookers, Carter Ray Garner, Murray Mathews, J.B. Raymond, Mitch Davis, Roscoe McSwain, Prentis Hay, Tim Guenther and Kelly Thompkins.
