Vorice Clark, 87, of Center, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches. She was born December 27, 1924 in Center to Jim Byrd and Sudie Golden Byrd. Mrs. Clark was employed as a waitress at Lake Country Inn, where she retired after fourteen years of service. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Newburn Cemetery in Center.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Naron, Josh Parrott, John Naron, Ronnie Clark, Cody Clark and Judd Clark.
