Virginia Bogard Forsyth, 100, of Tenaha, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008, at a Center nursing home.

She was born November 4, 1907 in Timpson to Thomas and Victoria Jefferson. Ms. Forsyth was a retired teacher. She was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday, August 8 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 9 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. James Hall and Bro. Dock Lazarine officiating. Interment will follow at Enterprise Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Colton Hairgrove, Colton Bush, Jerry Nutt, Rodney Brittain, Bobby Addison and Johnny Gibbs.
