Virginia McDaniel Faulk , 81, of Joaquin, passed away Monday, April 3, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 7, 2017, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. David Long and Bro. Mike Cross officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Cedar Cemetery in Joaquin.

Mrs. Faulk was born June 23, 1935, to Earl Wayne McDaniel and Laura Bell Gray McDaniel. She was a member of Jackson Baptist Church in Joaquin, where she sang in the choir.

She is survived by
Son: James Michael Faulk and wife, Susan, of Joaquin

Daughter: Theresa Faulk Beason and husband, Jami, of Tyler

Pallbearers will be Jason Faulk, Justin Faulk, Joshua Faulk, Malachi Faulk, Jami Beason and Mike Owens. Honorary pallbearer will be Doug Darnielle.
