Verl (Pete) Windham , 83, of Center, passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 at ETMC Tyler. He was born May 22, 1928 in Panola County to P.R. Windham and Ruby McCauley Windham. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and was also a partner in Quick Change Oil & Lube in Center. Mr. Windham was a member of Spann's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with Bro. Don Noble presiding.

Pallbearers will be James Daniels, Cory Weldon, Ray Tindol, Dale Hite, James Davis and Patrick Mills.
