Obituary

Velma Lorene Adkinson, 80, of Center, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bennington, Oklahoma on December 20, 1930 to George McIntyre and Martha Covurn McIntyre. Mrs. Adkinson was a member of First Baptist Church in Center.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, October 21, 2011 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at White Rock Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Willis Ferguson, Jr., Marcus Adkinson, Michael Adkinson, Justin Adkinson, Jack Brittain and Brandon Lawson.

She is survived by:
