On August 10, 1985, Tommy married the love of his life, Linda Parrish Jacobs after initially meeting through a mutual friend on the Center Square in front of the Rio Theatre back in 1982. From there, their love blossomed and they became parents to a beautiful baby girl, Rachel Nicole.
Tommy worked for 42 years in the construction industry with most recently being at Drewery Construction in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Tommy was a fierce competitor. From playing football at The Pit in Tenaha, to playing golf, tennis, softball and volleyball throughout the years - he loved it all. He then instilled that same fierce competitiveness in his daughter. He also enjoyed fishing with his family, playing dominoes, and rooting on those Texas Longhorns and Texas Rangers.
Linda and Tommy will be celebrating their 41st Wedding Anniversary on August 10th. Above all, he was a proud Poppy to 3 wonderful grandbabies, Noah, Audrey, and Luke Quast, who he loved dearly.
