Thelma Bailey Windham , 86, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Bro. Pat Windham officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Center. A visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Mrs. Windham was born December 25, 1929, in Joaquin, to Walter Scott Bailey and Oda Matilda Walker Bailey. Her hobbies included genealogy, gardening and traveling. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Mrs. Windham was involved in the Caddo-Bossier Computer Club.

She is survived by
Husband: Julious Ellis Windham of Bossier City, Louisiana

Daughter: Linda Windham Nein of Brentwood, Tennessee

Dr. Alexander G. Nein of Brentwood, Tennessee
