Teresa Ann Evans , 46, of Center, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Shelby Regional Medical Center in Center. She was born July 1, 1966 in Long Beach, California to Morris D. Todd and Hazel Hill Dunn Todd.

At the request of her family, Ms. Evans has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
