Tara Lea Windham Blue was born August 16, 1971 in Center to Earl Windham and Frances Ellafay Barton Windham. Tara has been missing since November 2001. Memorial services will be held for her Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Watson and Sons Chapel in Center with Bro. Henry Hughes officiating.
