Siem Say Quach Khourn , 84, of Center, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025, in Center.  She was born July 5, 1941, in Vietnam.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m.  Bro. Gordon Vaughn will officiate.  Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

She is survived by her husband, Thay Khourn (Mr. Lee); daughter, Chhavy Khourn Scrimsher and husband Donald Scrimsher; son, Dara Khourn; grandchildren, Donald Scrimsher, Jr. and wife Maria and their children, Natalie and Mia, Ethan Xieu, Nathan Xieu and wife Jasmine and their children, Thay and Mali, Benjamin Scrimsher, Sydney Scrimsher, Aaron Khourn, Zyrome Khourn and significant other Kiaye and daughter Zakiyah, Zykevious Khourn and significant other Tysha and son Zayden, and Marque Christopher Khourn and sons, Marque Christopher Jr. and Elijah Khourn; also, an abundance of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews worldwide.

Preceded in death by her son, Darith Khourn.
