Sandra Denise Forrest, 44, of Center, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011 at her home. She was born August 10, 1966 in Houston to McKenzie Goodner, Jr. and Verdie Almarene Butler.
At the family's request, Sandra has been cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
