Sally Ruth Holt Chandler , 74, of Center, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016, at her residence.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 5, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Pat Windham officiating. Interment will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.

Mrs. Chandler was born September 20, 1941, in Shelby County, to Nolan Holt and Evie Eddins Holt. She loved reading books of all kinds. She was a member of Old Salem Baptist Church.
