Ruth L. Lee, 94, of Humble, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2008. She was born February 4, 1914 in Laneville, Texas to James Oscar Lowe and Beulah Mae Arrant Lowe. Prior to living in Humble the last 20 years, Ms. Lee was a resident of Center. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Center, where she was a longtime member of the Adult & Senior Choir and Amoma Sunday School Class.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, immediately following visitation, also at Watson & Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Carl Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
