Ruth Elaine Fults, 79, of Joaquin, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2009 at her residence. She was born March 17, 1930 in Houston to Pete R. Williams and Minnie V. Stockman Williams. Ms. Fults was a homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, September 8th at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, September 9th at Watson & Sons Chapel with Michael Joe Bird officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be David Fults, Chris Hunt, Billy Fults, Billy Fults Jr., Cedric Lopez and David Fults Jr.
