Obituary

Richard Glenn "Ric" Lee , 48, of Center, passed away August 28, 2012 at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He was born December 11, 1963 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Bobby Lee and Carolyn Sue Smith. Mr. Lee was a local business owner of Major Audio for twenty-two years and was also involved in coaching Little League Baseball in Center. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, driving his John Deere Tractor and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Lee was a member of First United Methodist Church in Center.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 1, 2012 at First United Methodist Church in Center with Bro. Joel McMahon officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Pallbearers will be Morris Bell, Chris Byrnes, Jason Watlington, Howard Kline, Jim Sawyer, John Price, Jeff Samford and Jeremy Lansford. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Lee, Tom Hairgrove, Mark Lansford and Neal Stevenson.

Son: Harrison Lee of Center

Mother: Sue Smith of Center

Sister: Lynda Hernandez of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina

Mother-in-law: Sue Chapman of Center

Carmelo, Carolyn, Litta, Carlos and Carmon Hernandez

Steven, Krista and Chris Chapman
