R. B. Neal, age 84, of Center, passed away Friday, October 16, 2009 in a Nacogdoches hospital. He was born June 17, 1925 in Center to Ransom Edgar Neal and Beulah Johnson Neal. Mr. Neal served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of the Center VFW, Post # 8904 and of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday, October, 19, 2009 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in the Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Ralph Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery in Shelby county.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Neal, John Neal, Steve Neal, Angela Neal, Michael Neal and Kyle Neal.
