Patsy Ann Windham Riley, 78, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Joaquin Cemetery in Joaquin with Pastor Dallas Weiher officiating.

Born June 28, 1948, in Logansport, Louisiana, Patsy is the daughter of Felix Jeff Windham and Anner Dee Connell Windham.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim and husband Roger Rivers of Bullard; son, Keith Riley and wife Koni of Mineola; granddaughters, Stormee Rivers, Kapri Riley, Keilee Riley, and Kozbie Riley; brother, Fisher Windham of Center; sisters, Hazel Miller of Joaquin, Sue and husband Leslie Gill of Tenaha, Mary and husband Kenneth Cummings of Joaquin, and Kay DeSoto of Center; brother-in-law, James Riley and wife Cindy; sister-in-law, Linda Terry; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by husband, Danny Riley; parents, Felix Jeff Windham and Anner Dee Connell Windham; brother, Charles Windham; and brothers-in-law, Frankie DeSoto, David Miller, and Larry Terry.

Pallbearers will be Keith Riley, David Miller, Jeff Cummings, Scott Ponder, Scott Moore, and Terry Scull.
