Norma "Hitt" Lout, 89, of Shelbyville, passed away Friday, January 8, 2016, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 11 , 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Bro. Kerry Green officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Watson and Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Norma Lout was born May 12, 1926, in Center, Texas, to Walter and Addie Hitt. She was a member of Dreka Pentecostal Church. She was known for her wonderful cooking by family and friends and always enjoyed a good day of gardening and canning. Much of her time was spent talking on the phone with Sammie, but of all the things she loved in life, the one that stood out the most was being with her family and grandchildren, the light of her life.
