Nira Ivada Hite, 89, of Center, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Pine Grove Nursing Center. She was born October 17, 1920 in Shelbyville to John Allen Sample and Sally Latham Sample. Ms Hite was a member of McCelland Community Church.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, September 24, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Chris Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Pallbearers will be Mark Host, Jeff Host, Maurice Tipton, Bobby Host, Kurt Minnick and Ted Nordin.
