Obituary

Nathaleen Davis Duncan, 87, of Logansport, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at her home. She was born in Shelby County on April 12, 1924 to Herman Davis and Annie Campbell Davis. Mrs. Duncan was a homemaker and a member of Logansport Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Watson and Sons Chapel with Bro. David Permenter and Bro. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow at Wimberly Cemetery in Huxley.

Pallbearers will be Chris Duncan, Chad Groves, Brad Groves, Wesley Groves, Michael Permenter, Steven McCann, Ron Hughes and Charles Connor. Honorary pallbearers will be her nephews.

She is survived by:

Brenda Permenter and husband, David of Grand Cane, Louisiana; Christa Groves and husband, Jerry of Logansport, Louisiana;
Mitzi Harris and husband, Adrian of Logansport, Louisiana

Seven Grandchildren:
Chris Duncan and wife, Diana; Jennifer McCann and husband, Steven; Chad Groves and wife, Rachel; Brad Groves and wife, Holly;
Natalie Hughes and husband, Ron; Michael Permenter and wife, Autumn; Wesley Groves

Six Great Grandchildren:
Ebbie Kate McCann, Vivy Anne Hughes, Duncan Bain McCann, Koby Lamar Groves, Callie Catherine Groves, and
Mitchell Keith Permenter

Step-grandchildren:
Shandria Moon and husband, Jason; Susan Harris and Ben Burns

Step-great grandchildren:
Landon, Summer, and Hali Moon
