Myrle S. Blackwell, 86, of Center, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. She was born February 15, 1924 in Lamesa, Texas to Paul Rust Stewart and Velma Lee Westbrook Stewart. Ms. Blackwell was a Christian wife and mother.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, November 22, 2010 at Smith Cemetery with Bro. Ardie Brown and Bro. Mickey Chandler officiating.
