Michael Wayne "Mike" Jones, 61, of Center, passed away Monday, December 22, 2008 at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. He was born September 29, 1947 in Freeport to William Bryan Jones and Martha Cleo Hortman Jones. Mike was a branch manager for Dealer's Electrical in Lufkin. He served in the Army during Vietnam and was of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, December 22 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 23 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
