Melva Darland "Mickie" Boyett Gibbs , 69, of the Deadwood Community of Panola County, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 in Longview.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Royce Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Reeves-McMillan Cemetery in Panola County.

Ms. Gibbs was born October 17, 1945 in Carthage to Lonnie Boyett and Edith Williams Boyett. She attended Logan Full Gospel Church in Panola County.
