Maurice Eaves , 90, of Tenaha, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 4, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with her son, Renny Eaves officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery in Tenaha. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Mrs. Eaves was born August 16, 1926, in Center, to Lee Ballard and Lera Ellis Ballard. She graduated from Tenaha High School in 1943. Mrs. Eaves married Floyd Eaves on July 19, 1943. She worked for Center Fixtures, now Hallmark, in Center, for 23 years. Her hobbies included fishing, gardening and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
