Mauddie Ann "Doodle" Gilchrist , 78, of Center, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014 in Nacogdoches.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Edward McRae officiating. Interment will follow at Old Salem Cemetery.

Ms. Gilchrist was born February 5, 1936 in Center to Stokley Andrews and Adele Tomlin Andrews. She was of the Baptist faith.
