Marye McSwain Danley, 70, of Center, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Shelby Regional Medical Center. She was born September 13, 1937 in Shelby County to James Roscoe McSwain and Evie Lee Dean McSwain. Marye attended the Red Hat Society and was a member of the Woodmen of the World and the Historical Society. She loved genealogy and travel and attended Salem Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, May 9, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Interment will follow at Old Salem Cemetery in Shelby County.

Pallbearers will be Ms. Danley's nephews.
