Mary Ann Thompson , 63, of Center, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021, in Nacogdoches.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Sister Betty Willis officiating.  Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Stanley, Louisiana.

Born April 7, 1957, in Tenaha, Mary Ann is the daughter of the late Steve Harvey Thompson and Iva Nell Stevens Thompson.  She was a member of Abundant Life Church in Carthage.

She is survived by her sons, Sam Gingles and Danny Gingles; grandchildren, Nick, Hayden, Kaitlynn, Hayden, Jacob Gingles, and Zachary Gingles; brothers and sisters, Marcus Thompson, Gay Nell Null, Lois Hamilton, and Rodney Thompson.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Parlene Hayden Gingles; parents, Steve Harvey Thompson and Iva Nell Stevens Thompson; brother, Marlin Thompson; and sister, Irene Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Danny Gingles, Sam Gingles, and Nick Hayden.
