Mary Lou Jordan, 99, of Center, passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 at Shelby Regional Medical Center in Center. She was born March 27, 1913 in Shelby County to William Thomas Waites and Ellen Brawley Waites. She was of the Baptist faith.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Newburn Cemetery in Center with Rev. Gordon Vaughn officiating.

Pallbearers will be Barrett Moss, Justin Moss, Mike Hughes, Thomas Hughes and Richard Hughes.
