Obituary

Marlie Ray Vaughn, 74, of Huxley, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2008 in Center. He was born November 7, 1933 in Huxley to Austin Henry Vaughn and Hazel Margaret English Vaughn. Mr. Vaughn served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Lydia Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday, August 25, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Watson & Sons Chapel in Center with Rev. Luke Garrett and Rev. Gordon Vaughn officiating. Interment will follow in the Strong Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Pallbearers will be Dale Fancher, Phil Fancher, David Bagwell, Joel Vaughn, Darren Vaughn, Doug Vaughn, Donnie Moody and Josh Vaughn.
