Marie Johnson, 88, of Kilgore, formerly of Center, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at The Willows Nursing Home in Kilgore. She was born December 26, 1921 in Panola County, Texas to Evert Dyson and Mable Ritter Dyson. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Center Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, September 24, 2010 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Pat Windham officiating. Interment will follow at Old Center Cemetery in Panola County.
