Marianne Daw Gordon, 78, of Portland, Oregon, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011 at her home. She was born December 11, 1932 in Joaquin to M.D. Daw and Perdita Miller Daw. Ms. Gordon was of the Baptist Faith. She was known for her love of people and ability to make everyone laugh and have a good time. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday, April 15, 2011 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Elmer Mathews officiating. Interment will follow at Joaquin Cemetery in Joaquin.

Pallbearers will be Steve Cockrell, Harold Irish, Chris Holstead, Austin Carriker and Joe Strickland.
