Maria Perez Jaimes , 56, of Center, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019, in New Mexico.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2019, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Center. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Mrs. Jaimes was born April 3, 1962, in Coroneo, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Maria Concepcion Perez Saavedra and Cesario Perez Cano.

She is survived by her husband, Florencio Jaimes of Center; daughters, Selena Jaimes of Center, Esmerelda Jaimes of Center; father, Cesario Perez Cano of Mexico; brothers and sisters, Fausto Perez Saavedra, Francisco Perez Saavedra, Josefina Perez Saavedra, Juan Perez Saavedra, Claudia Perez Saavedra, Cerano Perez Saavedra, Jesus Perez Saavedra, Atilano Perez Saavedra, Concepcion Perez Saavedra all of Mexico; stepchildren, Marquez Taylor Jaimes, Keshia Taylor Jaimes both of Globster, Louisiana; cousins, Nathlia Reyes, Edey Jaimes, Efriain and Maria James all of Center; niece, Yolanda Alcudia of Center; nephew, Christian Perez of Center.

She is preceded in death by mother, Maria Concepcion Perez Saavedra.
