Margaret Nunn, 89, of Center, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025, in Center.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday July 1, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday July 1, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with Bro. Whitt Hibbs officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Margaret was born March 3, 1935, in Marshall County, Alabama, to Emmitt Whitt and Violet Hefner Whitt. She was a great cook and enjoyed playing with her dog, gardening, playing with her great grandkids, singing hymns, and was a big cheerleader for her whole family. Margaret was a member of the Shelby County Singers.

She is survived by her children, Charles "Chuck" Nunn of Center, Lisa Nunn of Center; grandchildren, Daphne Tyre & husband Chris of Center, Cody McDaniel, Daniel Eaves, Ame Eaves, Allison Rhone & husband Roscoe, Rebekah Eaves, Racheal Eaves; 19 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Jack Nunn; daughter, Jackie Fenton; grandson, Clint Fenton; parents, Emmitt Whitt and Violet Hefner Whitt; sisters, Dot Thompson, Gail McKinney.

Pallbearers will be Kaden LaRock, Kenson LaRock, Klayton LaRock, Timothy Barber, Daniel Solis Jr., Chris Tyre, and John McDaniel.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bubba Rhone, Slayde Porter, Denham Porter, Ben Doggett, Judah Doggett, Ronnie Borders, Robbie Williams, Burton Brown, Gary McDonald, Hayden Pate.
