Marcia J. Wood , 85, of Center, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 23, 2024, at McClelland Community Church in Shelbyville with Bro. Chris Collins officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at McClelland Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Born January 12, 1939, Marcia is the daughter of Frank Collins and Stella Graves Collins.  She was a member of McClelland Community Church in Shelbyville.

She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Hess of Shelbyville; daughter, Melodie Wood; grandchildren, Hollie Dauzat and husband Brad of Conroe and Kennodie Robinson of North Carolina; and great grandchildren, Alexander Wood of Conroe and Brookelyn Wood of Conroe.

Preceded in death by husband, Donald L. Wood; parents, Frank Collins and Stella Graves Collins; and brother, Lonnie Collins.

Pallbearers will be Alexander Wood, Cory Collins, Jon Collins, Brian Collins, James Alvis, and James Jernigan.
