Mae Dell Brannen , 100, was born September 18, 1922 and died June 3, 2023, in Center, Texas.

Memorial service will be June 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with Mary Lynn Tinkle officiating.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Center, Texas.

She graduated from North Louisiana Sanitarium in Shreveport, Louisiana, in 1945 as a Registered Nurse working most of her career in Lufkin, Texas.  She loved to play 42 and Bingo.

She is survived by her

Daughter: Brenda Applequist

Grandson: Cary Applequist

Numerous nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Brannen and son-in-law, Ed Applequist.
