M. Kay Harvey , 77, of Joaquin, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in Joaquin.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with funeral service following at 3:00 p.m.  Bro. Gordon Vaughn will officiate.  Interment will follow at Strong Cemetery in Huxley.

Born February 24, 1948, Kay is the daughter of Joseph Seaborn Alford and Edith Hughes Alford.

She is survived by her sons, Jason Harvey and wife Mindy and Jeremy Harvey; grandchildren, Ashlyn and husband Jared Wiggins, Kristen and husband Nathan Bush, and Addi Harvey; great grandchildren, Zayne and Zayde Wiggins and Benton and Baylor Bush; siblings, Johnny Alford and wife Sarah and Sherry Holmes; brother-in-law, Pat Daughtry; sister-in-law, Connie Harvey; and special nephew, Shade Adams.

Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Harvey; infant son, Justin Harvey; parents, Joseph Seaborn Alford and Edith Hughes Alford; sister, Sue Daughtry; in-laws, John and Edna Harvey; brothers-in-law, Johnny H. Harvey and wife Lucille and Rodney Harvey; and niece, Renee Lodestro.

Pallbearers will be Tim Wilkerson, Andrew Dolan, Matt Mathews, Jay Jones, Blake Roberts, Brandon Dolan, and Brian Hendricks. Honorary pallbearers will be Pat Daughtry, Ronnie Adams, Mike Harvey, and Anthony Harvey.
