Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Chuck Horton officiating. Interment will follow at Folsom Chapel Cemetery in Shelby County.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Green, Paul Horton, David Horton, Ron Jones, Noble Wayne Alford, Randy Latham and David Alford.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Noble L. Alford and Clotile Brown Alford; husband, Everett Wade Hughes; one sister, Christera Holloway; two brothers, John Alford and James Alford.
