Lawana White , 83, of Center, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at her residence. She was born March 16, 1929 in Shelby County to Clayter Fulsom and Ethel Danley Fulsom. Ms. White was employed at a nursing home in San Augustine for over 18 years and was a member of White Rock Baptist Church in Center.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 20, 2012 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 21, 2012 at White Rock Baptist Church in Center with Bro. R.B. Elumbaugh officiating. Interment will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Williams, Daniel Murphree, Shay Williams, Ronnie Davis, Mike Kelly and John Best.
