Lamerle Davis , 94, of Center, passed away Friday, January 2, 2015 in Houston.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Watson & Sons Chapel. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

Ms. Davis was born January 24, 1920 in Shelbyville to Jim Fred Campbell and Callie Furlow Campbell. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Center Chapter and First Baptist Church in Center.

She is survived by
Son: Bryan LaFitte and wife, Judy of Houston

Granddaughter: Phoebe Gilchrist and husband, Scott of Houston
