Kenneth Franklin Gregston , 86, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2022, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Bro. Ronnie Wheeler will officiate.  Interment will follow at Campti Methodist Cemetery in Shelby County.

Born February 29, 1936, in Shelby County, Kenneth is the son of Beulah Truitt Gregston and Luke Gregston.  He loved to fish.  Kenneth was a member of First Baptist Church of Shelbyville.

He is survived by his children, Eugene Gregston and wife Sheila of Shelbyville, Jay Gregston and wife Kay of Victoria, Allison Gregston of Mountain Pine, Arkansas, and April and husband Derrick Prince of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Matthew Gregston of Hallsville, Thomas Gregston and wife Savannah of Bay City, Angie Freezor of Chalmette, Louisiana, Brent Gregston and wife Jennifer of College Station, Brianna and husband Ervin Goodrum of Lufkin, Sabrina and husband Chris Taylor of Mountain Pine, Arkansas, Corey Gregston and wife Raven of Watson, Oklahoma, Andrew Elizondo and wife Jessika of Victoria, and Camryn Prince of Shelbyville; 20 great grandchildren; sister, Jean Rash of Jasper, sister-in-law, Vicky Gregston Warren of Center; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Beulah Truitt Gregston and Luke Gregston; brother, James Gregston; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathleen and Dan Matthews, Ann and Charles Rash, and Elray Rash; and grandson, Scott Wynn.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Gregston, Thomas Gregston, Brent Gregston, Derrick Prince, Glenn Matthews, and Luke Matthews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a church or charity of choice.
