Kenneth Hampton Clifton, 72, of San Augustine, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Colonial Pines Nursing Center in San Augustine. He was born October 21, 1938 in Shelby County to Sidney Ferrell Clifton and Susan Belle Armstreet Clifton. Mr. Clifton was a member of McClelland Community Church.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 21, 2011 at Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, April 22, 2011 at Watson and Sons Chapel with Bro. Chris Collins officiating. Interment will follow at McClelland Cemetery in Shelby County.

Son, Michael Ray Clifton and wife, Shonda of Tenaha

Daughter, Angelia K. Esquivel and husband, Lalo of Angleton
