Ken R. Headrick, 53, of Longstreet, Louisiana, passed away Monday, August 11, 2008, at East Texas Medical Center in Carthage. He was born September 10, 1954 in Shreveport, Louisiana to H.C. Headrick and Blanche Moncrief Headrick. Ken was a member of Keithville First Baptist Church, and served on numerous church committees and also served as a deacon. He was a member of the NRA.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Wednesday, August 13 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, August 14 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Rev. Michael Stowell and Mike Green officiating. Interment will follow at Lone Cedar Cemetery in Joaquin.
