Joseph Barr , 61, of Center, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, in Center.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 29, 2021, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with visitation at 1:00 p.m. at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Tim Perkins will officiate.

Born August 7, 1959, in San Francisco, California, Joseph is the son of Melvin Williams and Juanetha Horton.  He served in the United States Air Force and later became an electronic technician.  He enjoyed music and sound systems.  Joseph was a member of Center Church of Christ in Center.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Chamberlain of Center; son, Tyler Barr of Center; father, Melvin Williams of Center; aunts, Patsy Morgan, Charlene Fortenberry, and Cathy Burkett all of Gladewater; brothers and sisters, Bill Barr of Arizona, Mary Tull of California, Teresa Tapia of California, and Kenneth Barr of South Korea.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Juanetha Horton; and brother, David Williams.
