Jose Gorgonio Valencia-Ramirez , 84, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at his residence.  He was born January 9, 1930 in Veracruz, Mexico to Agustin Valencia and Marcelina Ramirez.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2014 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Graveside service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at Strong Cemetery.
