John Edd Giles , 86, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, passed away November 15, 2019, in Murfreesboro.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.

Mr. Giles was born January 7, 1933, in Center, Texas, to Robert Gordon Giles and Widdie Lusette Martin Giles.

He served in the United States Army. Mr. Giles loved golf.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by daughter, Marla Reames; grandsons, Robert Reames and Richard and wife Abby Reames; great granddaughter, Jazmine Reames; and his puppies, Socks, Bella, and Buttercup.

He is preceded in death by son, Sean Robert Giles; and parents, Robert Gordon Giles and Widdie Lusette Martin Giles.
